Tissue Grinders

Tissue grinders and pestles are laboratory devices used to homogenize, disrupt, or grind biological tissues and cells. They are commonly constructed of glass or plastic and come in a variety of sizes and designs for different applications. Tissue grinders include Potter-Elvehjem tissue grinders, Dounce tissue grinders, disposable tissue grinders, and micro tissue grinders. Pestles are used with mortars or tubes to grind samples by hand or motor. These products are universally used in life science laboratories for applications like DNA, RNA, and protein extraction.
